  February 20, 2018 - Shiny golden colour. Ripe pear, honey and roasted almond on the noose. Creamy structure, delicious sweetness at the palate with the touch of some herbs. I was expecting little bit more concentration and acidity. The finish is clear, medium long length with some mineral and black pepper touches.
