  February 25, 2018 - Open for business brilliantly. Deep ruby with modest sediment.
  Wonderful exhilarating nose of plum, black cherry, spice and cigar box leading to a palate coating seemingly endless tasting experience.
  If a date, this was lunch with a 40 year old regional Senior V-P in which fireworks are so dynamic you check into a local hotel for the afternoon to continue with a dinner then breakfast date.
