  February 28, 2018 - Decanted for five hours; moderate sediment. Bright ruby red with no bricking. Maple syrup, raspberries and tobacco on the nose. Quite full-bodied, jammy rich dark berries well balanced by lively acids. Tannins well resolved and the finish is long. A beautiful complexity to this wine, and it should drink well for another 5-10 years.
