  March 7, 2018 - Nose of violets (duh!) light color, elegant and bright, with a good core of fruit, stands up to a beefy ribeye. Finish goes on and on. I'm not a fan of Ceretto usually finding them a bit manufactured but this was delicious and yes, quite ready.
