  March 11, 2018 - Bought 4 bottles of this years ago. The last bottle has been sitting in my fridge for probably 8 years because I found the others cloyingly sweet. Just opened the last bottle, and it was pretty good. Still minimal acidity, of course, but other characteristics present that make it pretty interesting.
