  March 10, 2018 - This tastes like a classic Rhone. A bit austere, medium weight, dry, spicy mid palate with sour cherry finish. However, all the other Gigondas I have had, have been darker, fuller and richer. Have I waited too long that it lost its rich "baby fat" as some have noted?
