  May 2, 2008 - drank with ribs. this wine really surprised me, much bigger body than expected. dark fruit and chewy tannins with a good finish. oakiness is def apparent and a bit much for me. but that is a small complaint, compared to how tasty is. decant for both oxygenation and to remove the sediment
