  March 16, 2018 - Cork dry, fell apart at opening. Served after 2-3 hour decant. Much better the next day. Could use 8mhr decant. Stewed prunes, dark flavors, fruit forward, blue fruits. Slight spice, cloves. This was still alcoholic and tight at 3 hour mark. The next day this was flying, mellow flavors. Soft nose and medium finish.
