  March 23, 2018 - The nose was dark, brooding and intense with black fruits up front giving way to sweet and savory herbs with peppery spices, smoke, moist earth and animal musk. On the palate, I found smooth, silky textures that washed across the senses with masses of black fruit, spice and saturating minerals, yet lively acidity kept it all in balance. The finish was long and savory as mineral and earth tones lingered over a coating of black fruits and fine tannin.
