  May 3, 2008 - Last of a twelve bottle case bought at release. It is now on the downward slope. Initially, strong nose and flavor of asphalt. This blew off to cedary flavor with tannins over ruling the fruit. Over 30-45 minutes the fruit came out but the tannins persisted. After an hour total, fruit was beginning to fade. Drink up if you have any.
