  March 24, 2018 - A pronounced nose of herbs de Provence, eucalyptus and strawberry jam. Similarly sweet on the palate, but with enough acidity to give it a bit of structure and stop it falling completely apart. Nice enough for what it is, and if you're looking for a second bottle to open to finish off the night or round out a cheese course its fine but don't go looking for complexity or nuance here.
