  March 30, 2018 - Crisp, nose of clover honey. Full body, silky smooth long clean finish. Some citrus, lots of honey flavors.
  
  I generally don't like whites, because of the in your face acidic taste. This was all silky and clean, no off acidic flavors. Nothing over the top and very well balanced.
