April 7, 2018 - Decanted a magnum for a special dinner. Paired wonderfully with our dish of homemade spinach pesto pasta topped with spicy venison sausage, tomato and pine nuts. Wish there was some of the bottle left to go with the leftovers. Savor this wine now and for several more years.
