  April 7, 2018 - Aromatically very interesting, but only in the nose. Deep, slightly oxidative, elegant tertiary notes with a classic chardonnay minerality that is unmistakingly chablissien. In the mouth the acidity is present and rounded with a slight dryness along with a slight bitterness. Aromatically quite short in the finish. Too short, considering the vintage and the grower. The aromatic persistance, or the lack thereof, are the reason for the 87 points. I will with pleasure drink up my last five bottles during this summer.
