  April 12, 2018 - Beautiful pale yellow with a hint of green. Lime flowers and stone fruit with notes of crushed rocks. A slight reduction today keeps the aromatics in check. Hints of toasted pecan add intrigue to the nose along with bergamot. The palate is precise with flavors of bergamot and lime. The extract is so compelling and full bodied but the acid keeps the wine completely in balance. The finish is lovely with a saline-like texture and powdery minerals. Pretty complete wine.
