  -Aroma:dark plum, black pepper, dark raspberry, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, black cherry
  -Palate:blackberry, plums, raspberry lightness, medium acidity on the front with medium to medium+ tannins on a long 15 second finish of tart plums, purple flowers, and cracked black pepper.
