  April 13, 2018 - This first release from Mountain Tides is very nice - even young, but tannin and alcohol suggest it will age well also. Deep purple, silky mouth feel, long finish. Fruit forward and a bit tannic on opening, two hours in decanter opened it up but still a bit tight (but not harsh) on second day. Food friendly, paired well with clams on night one and pasta on second. Will hold remaining bottles for a year or so.
