  April 15, 2018 - Quince and green apple. Lime flowers and a hint of mint. Notes of crushed rocks are layered in the aromatics. The palate is rich upon entry and almost oily. There is enough tension in the acid and tannins that keeps the wine from being too rich. Very round and fat and a lingering taste of flint. Seems to be richer than other examples of Tonnerre.
