April 16, 2018 - Consumed over two nights. Opened from the fridge and it was too cold, once it warmed a bit it was very expressive and enjoyable. At the end of the night, I placed it in the cellar so the second night it was at 57 deg, a much better temp to start with. This is a delightful wine, I am glad I have a few more bottles.

4/18/18, 11:16 AM - Any thoughts on longevity? Wondering whether I should be drinking sooner than later and don't personally have a lot of experience aging white wines (other than Riesling and Sauternes).

4/12/23, 6:23 PM - Well it's 5 years on and I just opened my last bottle this evening and it is fan-damtastic, could easily go another 5 years.
