  April 21, 2018 - Champagnes vs CA Sparklers (My house): I wasn't impressed with this (it was my least favorite of the tasting). It was obviously california fluff, though some minerals were apparent. Mostly sweet peach plus metal sensations, the finish was "odd" according to my notes. It was tasted blind against the Moet & Chandon NV, and was clearly the lesser wine and the non-champagne.
