May 7, 2018 - Good nose of blackberry and garrigue. Palate: Something of a bruiser, no doubt partly due to the vintage, but well made--solid acid support. Has the typicity, with plum, earth, and blood. Decent finish. Moderate tannins show this has a long life ahead. I think this would work best with food, especially beef or lamb.
