  July 14, 2017 - Flash note. A flash note is one that I distinctly remember the quality/overall rating of a wine but can’t give specifics because the tasting note was not written at time of tasting.
  
  This wine could approach 100 as it ages. I recall it being very rich and full bodied. More biscuity than fruity. Brooding. Gonna be great. WC close to my favorite champagne.
