  May 25, 2018 - Popped and poured. Very very dark purple in colour. Nose of spices, pepper, and blackcurrant. Ripe blackcurrant, plum and blackberry flavour. Very intense and rich body. Surprisingly smooth and comfortable to drink now without decanting or long hours of breathing. Tremendous balance. Not particular complex but very enjoyable bottle.
