  May 25, 2018 - Mid straw, with hint if green. Interesting citrus with hint of pineapple aromas, with balanced richness and int of oak. Mineral initial and mid palate, fades just a touch faster than expected overall on palate. Lovely with hake simply served. Overall, quite the most refined Chablis I've had for a long time (not one of my regular purchases), and a delicate, balanced mouth feel.
