  May 27, 2018 - Coravin fun - food matching (My place, Kent Street): From Coravin. Medium plus intensity aromas of blackcurrant, brambly, earthy, meaty with sweet spice. Juicy, savoury black currant fruit, a little liquorice, tight, drying, talc textured tannins. Despite being bounced around in my bag all day this is really juicy/fruity/young but balanced and, to use an ugly phrase, utterly smashable.
