  Tasted non blind. Opened and served immediately.
  
  Dark garnet color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of potpourri, roast meat, sandalwood and pepper. Flavors of currants, plums and tart berries. Tart acidity, resolved tannin, full bodied. Drink now. Seriously.
