June 3, 2018 - From a bottle I've had in the cellar for 3+ years now. PnP. Medium perlage and a fine mousse. Pours a deeper copper red than the younger bottles. Nose and palate have not necessarily evolved much other than gaining more depth to the red and citrus fruits and midpalate textures and integrating the acids nicely. This however was eminently gulpable and moreish so much so that I'm embarrassed to say the bottle was savored quickly over 20 minutes. Will definitely be cellaring future bottles of this to reach this plateau again. Great with bbq chicken and sides.
