  June 7, 2018 - The last of the 24 tasted since 1988 and 24 from 76, still a great example of classic Rochefort Layon, the wine has digisted the sugar now and we have an ex moelleux that has green tea in the nose, the tropical fruit, abricots etc are gone, but like a old Vouvray, this is a wonder.
  Palate is "demi sec" now but a nice balance, very drinkable on iTS ow.
  I enjoyed this wine in it's prime a long time between 88 and 2002, and it was my benchmark for Layons, the Chaumes, Bonnezeaux etc.
  If you find any, don not hesitate . The 76 is the greatest but this one remembers my late father even more.
  You had a clear sight on those wines dad, like on many other ones. Thank you.
