  June 9, 2018 - I really enjoyed this one. Got a good bit of dark fruit, especially cassis on the nose. Secondary notes of vanilla, oak, and blackberry. Very little acidity; nice backbone of tannin that has softened a bit in its 8 years. Terrific complement to a ribeye and truffle mac 'n cheese. 3 more bottles remaining...looking forward to their evolution across the next few years.
