  June 13, 2018 - Big woodsy nose as I poured it into the decanter ... in the glass it's somewhat more muted but still very earthy. Just a hint of whiskey tang to it, along with dark syrupy cherries. Paired very well with homemade pulled pork burritos. (Since I didn't have an actual Rioja available, this was the next best thing!)
