  June 20, 2018 - Medium nose is different, a caramelized feel to it, plummy, spicy, red fruit. Palate matches with a weird sweetness, maple syrup, dried black plum, white pepper, mint, baked strawberry, then more structure than you'd think, medium plus tannins, medium alcohol, finishes quite dry. Interesting, not sure what to make of it.
