  June 21, 2018 - decanted 30 min, moderate sediment. last bottle of six, initially not one of my favorite vintages. but gotta give it to them for the impeccable winemaking in a challenging vintage. balanced & supple early on, surpassing expectations & showing less stewed & over-ripe than previous 2.
  not exactly a summertime bottle, but really good w/dinner. began to show a more roasted espresso note after several hours, so glad to consume now.
