  June 23, 2018 - new label/recent disgorgement. Slate grayish green color with abundant initial bead that fades quickly. Nose yeasty, golden apple. Palate light minerality, some honey, good richness, slightly chalky finish. Very enjoyable as an aperitif and with cheeses/charcuterie. Good depth, very pleasing. 91 pts
