  June 30, 2018 - Really closed down in decant. It opened more over the next two hours, but was still reserved. Smokey dark fruits and olive brine come through, with a floral undercurrent. Grippy tannins that move from front to rear with air. I'll update for day two.
  
  Update: A few days in the fridge did this justice as it showed fragrant floral tones along with leather and beef broth notes. Even still, this felt like it had a lot in reserve.
