  July 7, 2018 - Decanted for an hour. Ruby red with a slight amount of bricking at the edges. Huge, flowery nose that just jumped from the decanter and glass. Tannins still present, but plenty of fruit, with a bit of pencil lead and sage. Tasted next to an '82 Ducru (which was stunning, but not as full bodied) and it more than held its own. A bottle in this shape has another 10-15 years, but it's not getting any better for me. Great stuff.
