  July 21, 2018 - Dark purple fruit - blackberry, dark currants, and a little dark cherry. Like Mike's other 2016 cabs, really smooth coupled with a nice purity, however, I thought the fruit came across a little lighter in comparison to most of his other 2016 cabs. Like the Quivet Pellet cab, I believe the 3 Twins fruit tends to need a year or two for it to fill-out/add some weight. Nice vibrant flavors of dark berries, some spice, and a little graphite component. Fairly long finish. Apparently the bottles were open for a couple hours in light of a prior tasting. 100% cab.
