  August 4, 2018 - From 75cl. Duh, it's a rosé. Clean, inoffensive, uncomplicated, sort of dry-ish. Warning to neophytes: This pink drink contains alcohol. But seriously: Why on earth did I buy this, when every single dish I can think of drinking it with would pair better with a competently picked white or red wine at the same (15 EUR) price level? 84-85P

  8/6/18, 9:17 AM - ha, very true - that's often my view on sparkling wine too. But sometimes when you're sat out in the sun, a chilled bottle of rosé sitting in an icebag is just what the doctor ordered, no food needed.
