  August 6, 2018 - First time tasting this bottling.
  Beautiful deep colour reveals the later harvest.
  Expansive nose that screams chenin blanc with apples, citrus notes, minerality all leaping from the glass.
  Acidity keeps everything in check, the minerality relates the terroir and adds freshness to a finish that is nicely sustained.
  A very fine example of why no new world chenin can touch the Loire.
  And this was only $35 bucks at the SAQ.
  Best after it has breathed and is cellar temperature, when all the elements can be appreciated.
