  August 11, 2018 - Deep dark purple to the rim proclaims the virility of this Syrah. A nose of ripe forest fruits, tannery with hints crushed graphite and dried herb. More ripe dark plums shape the palate, subtle leather and spice too. Almost sensual in feel and ripeness. At the price this is as good a cooler climate Syrah/Shiraz you could wish for. Promises much for the 2015 vintage in the North Rhone. Wait 5-8 years for it to evolve.
