  August 18, 2018 - Still going strong. Very nice.
  Intense deep dark fruit, very well balanced. Complex flavors. Goes with a wide variety of foods and very nice on its own. Would love to have more.
  Lots of fine sediment. Required careful decanting - worth doing.
