  August 20, 2018 - Deep ruby colour with pale garnet rims. Developing with medium intensity of roses, black currants, blueberry, black pepper, cassis, tomato leaf, mint, earthy. The palate is dry with medium acidity, fine integrated medium (+) tannins. High alcohol. Medium (+) body, medium (+) flavour with black currant, cassis, tomato leaf, mint, pepper. Finish is medium (+). Wine is good, well balance and in the optimum drinking window now. Oak is well integrated and retains familiar characters of Coonawarra.
