  August 25, 2018 - Very enjoyable wine. First time trying the Susucaru; had heard good reviews and recommended by several people and was not disappointed. Aromas were very pleasing: smoky, perfumed, lime sherbet, vanilla, black raspberry. On the palate it was very full body with taste of strawberries, straw and stones.
  
  Initially tasted at refrigerator temp and later at about 55 degrees. Definitely better at the warmer temperature. The wine evolved nicely over the first 1.5 hours.
  
  Tried with several different foods and cheeses and the pecorino with truffles stood out as the best.
