August 30, 2018 - I enjoyed this lovely Pinot with a homemade fennel sausage and hot pepper pizza. It is worthy of its high ratings and, in my opinion, completely resolved and ready to drink. I cellared the bottle for five years, decanted it for an hour via Menu Wine Breather into a borosilicate glass flask, and drank from a stemless Riedel Pinot glass. Cheers.
