But the sous bois aroma, which came around later, and the cranberry and crisp cherry along with earthiness, and the hint of soy had her exclaiming the beauty of this by the time the three of us polished it off. Accompanied by BBQ grilled salmon and grilled vegetables and arugula tomato salad. Excellent.
