August 17, 2018 - From the glass list at Aldo Sohm (NYC). A great QPR in the champagne space - delivering a tasty glass of champagne for a really reasonable tariff. Very bright, energetic bubbles, good minerality and zippy lemony acids. Great way to start off the evening.
