  September 15, 2018 - Clear brass. Sherry and pear nose. Rich, sweet apple, custard, lemon. Complex and deep with a definite oxidative side. Strong acidity and long finish. Ei did not like. I found this interesting and slightly unbalanced, sherry and tartness did not integrate for me.
