September 16, 2018 - This wine has benefited from a years aging and is now fully mature . The rim is just starting to fade on the light garnet hue. A nose of mushrooms, damp leaves and sous-bois , cherries and kirsch,raspberries, hints of herbs and of florality.Acidity is still present , although the palate and finish .of sour cooked - cherries and cranberries is a little muted. A very satisfying cool-climate Pinot to accompany food. Drink up,over the next year or two.
