  September 15, 2018 - Popped and poured. Light to medium ruby color, slightly cloudy. Super aromatic on the nose with a mix of tart red fruits, cranberry, cherry, pomegranate and more with a wild cherry, spicy herbal cough drop aroma and maybe a touch of orange peel. This carries through to the palate where it is all spicy and tart red fruit for days. Lots of acidity here and still very primary. Smooth mouthfeel and finish. Really enjoyable with room to grow.
