  September 17, 2018 - Opened last Thursday and have been working my way through the bottle over the past 5 days. As expected, the wine has gotten better each day. Classic Champoux flavors of black cherries and chocolate. I also pick up some graphite/ pencil lead notes. While enjoyable now, This wine is to young to drink and will be at its best in 5+ years, in my opinion.
