  September 19, 2018 - Opened accidentally; I intended to open a Lytton Springs, but I was distracted and grabbed the Monte Bello instead, and as soon as I opened it I realized from the aroma alone that I had serious effed this up. It is way too young, though true to form, after opening up for a bit it mellowed out and sent forth rich raspberry and blackberry flavors. I should have waited five years. I better get another one.
